EDGE GYMS is what u want homie

gym looks really nice but only one location and not near me at all. i'm also moving out of nyc very soon so i need a gym that has multiple locations in city and suburbs. but appreciate the suggestion.

I been have some shoulder pain so I had to modify my routine today but I'm gonna do, barbell squats, 100 pushups, 50 sit-ups, leg extensions, leg curls. and seated calf raises. Then go to the park and try to break my mile time from yesterday which was 7:09.

replaced the 6 oatmeal raisin cookies with 4 graham crackers

Calories: 130, Fat: 3g, Carbs: 24g, Protein: 2g (for 2 crackers)
Calories: 220, Fat: 8g. Carbs: 34g. Protein: 4g (1 cookie)

fukk i ran a 7:24 those squats killed my legs

Completed my last long training run for the 10K :noah:
Final PT tomorrow gotta see if I can knock this mile time down by a large amount.
