gym looks really nice but only one location and not near me at all. i'm also moving out of nyc very soon so i need a gym that has multiple locations in city and suburbs. but appreciate the suggestion.

it's pricey but we have a good corporate deal through my company. plus there are other locations in all other towns/cities i frequent so i get to keep up w my workouts when im out of nyc.
I been have some shoulder pain so I had to modify my routine today but I'm gonna do, barbell squats, 100 pushups, 50 sit-ups, leg extensions, leg curls. and seated calf raises. Then go to the park and try to break my mile time from yesterday which was 7:09.
Completed my last long training run for the 10K
Final PT tomorrow gotta see if I can knock this mile time down by a large amount.
what type of training do u do to run a faster mile?
