the "turn" isnt that special, and it does jack shyt for your pecs/shoulders/tris and are almost entirely in your wrists. and unless you are some obese monster its not going to rank up there in tension like how a deadlift would
you could get 99% of the same deal just using dumbbells as handles

I dont own any weights but I do these, but another question;
Assuming one has the proper diet, is it possible to "bulk up" without weights?
Like using only body-weight exercises?
Im sure weight lifting is superior by far, just curious to know if its possible
and if so could you point me in the right direction
