Was going strong the first 4 weeks now I just look at leg days like :stopitslime: yea I can skip that

missed this week. had the flu. cousin is in the hospital (she's sickle cell anemic). and my god brothers', grand father died and that kinda weighed on me a lil bit. ran 2 miles every other day. that about it. no lifting at all.

Do those Perfect Pushups make any difference?

the "turn" isnt that special, and it does jack shyt for your pecs/shoulders/tris and are almost entirely in your wrists. and unless you are some obese monster its not going to rank up there in tension like how a deadlift would

you could get 99% of the same deal just using dumbbells as handles

explosive pushups/offset hands/feet up pushups/diamonds

i own it too

I dont own any weights but I do these, but another question;
Assuming one has the proper diet, is it possible to "bulk up" without weights?
Like using only body-weight exercises?

Im sure weight lifting is superior by far, just curious to know if its possible
and if so could you point me in the right direction

only to a certain degree, and primarily if you have no background in exercise

theres only a few genetic freaks that can get by without real weights(ie Bo Jackson)
