Between IF and not eating much if at all during certain periods at work I think I'm just adapted to doing it.

I was thinking of doing it weekly but I think is hurts my lifts on Sunday.

5-1 minute rounds of rope waves and slams (switch at the 30 second mark), 30 second rest in between

BREH!!! WHAT IS THAT RECIPE???

Sort of mashed a few togetherIt was something like this

Cakes
1 scoop chocolate protein powder (i used BPI whey-hd)
1/3 C oat flour
1/2 C egg whites
1/2 C almond milk
2 T PB2
1 T creamy PB
1 T coconut flour
+ baking powder/vanilla extract

Caramel "sauce"
1/2 C Fage 0% Greek Yogurt
2/3 packet Duncan Hines Frosting Creations "Caramel"
Stevia to sweeten

And some semi-sweet choco chips

Est Macros = 70p/21f/64c (~700 Cals)

Caramel wasn't as good as I hoped. Will probably just go with walden farms caramel syrup next time.

Hit 320 1x3 for my last Power Squat set. Felt pretty good about the depth, I'm sure its not perfect but I don't feel like I'm cheating the movement. My quads don't either :bryan:

how important is touching your chest on the bench?
I have long monkey arms and only go parallel...I start feeling my shoulders ache when I go lower.

Thinking of just switching to DB pressing.

Muthafukka, I'll be damned if they didn't taste exactly like the cookies lol.....put a little too much mint in the GY sauce....but yo :ohlawd:

Whey-HD "Chocolate Cookie" flavor is just OK as a shake. But it's a monster to bake with so far.

Are you flaring your elbows out? Try tucking them closer to your torso during the press
