I like deadlifting heavy multiple times a week so I do a few sets of 1-3 like every other day with >=465.

I haven't really exercised this winter but I kept my diet in check by basically establishing an eating window and dropped lbs. now that I'm exercising again I'm hungry!! I'm not sure my window will work anymore but I hate breakfast.

I tried triangle push ups today I do the lil p*ssy push ups where you start on your knees instead of a plank and they still had me like :sadcam:

nikkas balling in here with the personal trainers. :whoo:
i avoided it for years but after coming off surgery it's a smarter (albeit more expensive) way to make sure i get myself back on track properly w/out doing anything stupid.
