Not necessarily. This is just the most balanced trade-off of price and nutrient quality that I am aware of.

Honorable mention: SAM's has 50lb bags of rice for $17 :yeshrug:

I'm about to go crazy eating shyt to bulk up. Need some weight on my bones I'm tired of being skinny. I also need a good workout routine

rotisserie chicken from walmart

I bought one of those once and picked it clean to see how much meat was on it. I dont remember my exact calculations, but I do remember I it was cheaper just to buy the uncooked chicken. Doesnt taste as good unless you are a great cook, but when budget eating then cost of protein is the #1 concern.

Where I live, chicken breasts are 1.99/lb (500 cals, 100g protein). Dark meat with skin is even cheaper if you want the extra fat and calories. The rotisserie is great for flavor and laziness though

what pre workout energy y'all recommend? tried like 4 diff ones and none work. at all.
copped jack3d micro, took the 2 scoop max recommendation and it made me light headed but no energy :pacspit: wtf?
