I've been going to the gym so much lately that these naked cacs in the locker room don't even bother me anymore.
hell yeah man. I haven't done that in a while but I want to again now.I hate barbell and pendley rows b/c I can't go heavy without straining my lower back, but going a good number of reps with a decent weight I can definitely feel it.
3 plates deadlifts for rep to finish back...you can really appreciate and master any exercise by going lighter. Felt it all in my lats and traps.
