So was working out my macros for a slow bulk and I read that you should keep your fats to 25g on training days and 50g on rest days. That doesn't seem right given 3 eggs is nearly 20g of fat. On average, I'm between 60-80g of fat...
I've been doing a slow bulk and dont change anything up from day to day. I dont have my numbers with me but I think I am at around 100g fat daily @3400 calories which cones out to around 26% fat
Most clean bulk advice I have seen is around 50% carbs, and 25% protein and fat.
Are you sure the 25 and 50 numbers you are reading are grams rather than percentages of total calories? 25g is stupid low. So is 50
