I don't think you need to leg press to help your squat. Is your squat stalling?
I haven't taken a preworkout in like 3 years but NO xplode was some intense shyt. I don't trust sups tho. Yea and calf raises. I have monster legs, easily my best body part. You don't need to do much, just make progress.Wait that's all you do for legs? Squats and deadlifts?
