4-6 sets for back, shoulder and chest, 6-10 reps. 70-80% max. about 2 exercises per part

Try alternating the chest / shoulder order.

U1: Chest -> shoulder
U2: Shoulder -> chest

...and base their gains off their respective days. (U1 progression is based off U1 numbers, etc)

i can only do maintenance workouts like 2-3 times a week

i always have trouble this time of the year though

Wow I'm getting pretty fat...220. That's the most I've ever weighed...I need to chill with this dirty bulk but I'm pushing higher weights than ever before. :wow:

Asked a dude to spot me and to brace me for and ended up with a group of gym newbs taking notes. Personal trainers there don't like me. :banderas:

My man at work was lifting at the Gold's near our office with a female co worker. He's had a pretty good transformation, and she was wanting some tips. So he was giving her a couple pointers here and there. He told me the head trainer nikka came over talking about if he kept doing "personal training" at the gym he was gonna cancel his membership. My man was like :wtf: :dwillhuh: and went back at dude and he kinda fell back cause other people was watching and probably figured he was gonna mess up everybody's money.

clean pulls last night 285 for three good reps easily. After having done 3 sets on lower weight. 300+ next time

:pacspit: @ buking shyt is wa too retarded. i think i got a tape worm. i increased my calories 500-800 a day over the last 2 weeks and aint gain shyt :damn: i'm stronger, but i think i might have to be a svelte semi strong type person on some mayweather shyt. eating and drinking all this shyt every damn is pissing me off especially if i aint gaining no fukkin weight

i dont run, cardio sucks.
i'm 5'9-5'10 158 now, was 136. i draw shyt, so i sit on my ass. work out MWF 45-hr. eat 3-4 times a day + 4 scoops of muscle juice and 4-5 times a week an aditional 2 scoops of ON gold standard + coconut oil + peanut butter + banana in 1.5 cups of almond milk or lactaid
