What's the estimated grams of protein and calories an average bulk day consist of. You might have gained a 1/4 lb a week...what you looking to be putting on a whole lb a week or something?

so far today and i havent had dinner yet. 355 carbs 162 protein 2594 cal. and whatever i eat is gonna put me around 2900, and if i eat more almonds, which i usually do i'l be above 3g's, and i didnt even fukk wit any yogurt or cottage cheese today. this tape worm is eating real fukking good, or the scale in the gym is broked, cuz this is typically what i eat atleast 5 days out the week

I just named my new routine "A Call To Arms" in JeFit. Next two - three months it's ALL arms brehs. Forearms, bis, tris, and shoulders. All isolation. Pure unadulterated douchebaggery and no fukks given. All of my caloric and protein intake is going towards my arms.

i dont run, cardio sucks.
i'm 5'9-5'10 158 now, was 136. i draw shyt, so i sit on my ass. work out MWF 45-hr. eat 3-4 times a day + 4 scoops of muscle juice and 4-5 times a week an aditional 2 scoops of ON gold standard + coconut oil + peanut butter + banana in 1.5 cups of almond milk or lactaid

fukk a leg day :camby:, they're big enough. This bulk is all arms. Then my spring cut. Then next bulk is chest. Then I'm maintaining.

i've been working out. i've just stalled out in the last month as far as weight gain. which is weird since i upped my cals. i dont figure to gain 4 lbs in 2 weeks, but atleast a pound at close to 3000 cals a day. as far as volume. that should be good, i'm getting stronger in all llfts, and more reps. i figure if voulume was an issue, i'd be getting fat, which would still = weight gain. :manny:
i'm bout to switch it up, go to cali for a few weeks and lift wit my cousin she if that shyt can spark some growth

I've been losing weight, down from 238 to 229..Not a big deal to some, but I've been 238 all my life no matter what :bryan:

Also I don't care how people spend their money, but almost every time I go to the gym basketball fags are there. They never work out, just play basketball. They have no benches, so they sit on the machines and chill and make noise and sweat all over the machines and smell like piss :stopitslime:.

They made the women stop coming at nights, and they only come during the day. I love eye fukking them women in the mirrors brehs :lolbron:

If you've been training for a couple years, you won't gain a pound in muscle in a month let alone 2 weeks. Gains are a diminishing rewards thing.

Not really a heavy day but I had to increment slowly just of find out where I'm at. I skipped legs for two weeks.
