Had 365 atg on a squat and it felt like I was about to get stuck in the hole. I'm sure I sounded like a wounded aardvark (first thing I could come up with) when I yelped as I more or less exploded into damn near a jump squat out of it :pachaha: coulda done without that "oh shyt" feeling tho.

I really want to work this somehow in my routine in 2014..there's a studio that near my spot that I still have free passes for

Short story:

I went heavy deads (for me last Friday morning), decided to run on Saturday and my back was killing. Only got 1.5 or so in. Lifted hypertrophy upper Sunday no problem. Monday I worked with my trainer on lower body and my back damn near gave out, felt like the worst cramp ever. My back was tender until I dropped in on a yoga class Wednesday. Walked out of there like
