tomorrow i might be coming home in walking casts. if so, the next four weeks will be hell. shyt will set me back so much.

Did pull-ups yesterday. 9 sets. The last rep of the last set didn't go all the way up. But after I came down, my shoulder felt funny. It felt the same way this morning. I think I over did it.

I'm doing this weight loss challenge for charity, basically they donate a pound of turkey for every pound you lose. The guy who weighed me was like I don't see how you're gonna lose any more weight the way I see you workin out in this gym:ld: Still tryin to get down to 155 though :lift:

Being feeling really good about my workouts the past two weeks after falling off for about a month during my move. My diet is back on track as well. Feeling very good overall.

I did squats yesterday. I did a bunch of squats last week, 195 lbs x 10 reps for seven sets. So this week, I decided to go heavy. I warm-up a little bit more than usual. Then, I get into it starting at 195 lbs x 10 reps. Then, 245 lbs x 6 reps. Then, 265 lbs x 3 reps. Then, 285 lbs x 1 rep. Then 295 x 1 rep. Then at 305 lbs, I couldn't do it. So I dropped it off at the bottom. I finished doing a bunch of 285 lbs x 1 rep for about 6 more times. I lost count. Then I went down to 245 lbs for 4 reps. My lower back was feeling a bit funny in the beginning and I was stretching a lot between sets. When I got up to 295 lbs., the tenseness was gone but I kept on stretching between sets. The workout felt good, but I was hoping to have hit 315 lbs. :sadcam:

Was at the gym yesterday and there was this baddddd latina side peepin' the ENTIRE time. So I decided to talk to her after my workout and of course she just got out of a relationship 2 days ago and "it would be too soon to give out her number". :beli:
