Power Lower today:

Deads were 315 x 5, 2 sets + 335 x 5, 2 sets, 355x1

Getting stronger

The 365 was too dirty for me to count really. I got it off the ground down and back up up it wasn't clean. I jumped up in weight a little much.

That said I'm cooked right now from the entire work out.

squatting heavy(relatively speaking) 3 times a week and dead lifting right after :camby: i'd rather deadlift 3 times a week than fukking squat

:whoa: :whoa: :whoa: Not right after. Give yourself a break of about a 20 minute interval. I usually use that time to do pull-ups, tricep dips, chop it up with peeps and ladies...

Then I deadlift. If you're a hard gainer in the leg department, you'll never get massive quads without squatting 3x a week. Deadlift just don't cut it....

definitely not tossing squats in the bushes, and a break is a must. but i'm not a hard leg gainer, seems like i might be a hard upper body gainer (except traps). it actually fells like all the weight i've gained went to my legs. cuz in the 6 mos (roughly) of me doings this, NONE of my pants fit and its not the waist, it the ass and thighs, no homo. i just started to feel more upper body gains after modifying stronglifts to only squatting twice a week, and using that one extra day when i would squat to do direct bicep and tricep stuff.
