465 pound dead lift, done yesterday at 6 in the morning off no real sleep the night before, i'm only weighing in at 195 hoping to break that 200 pound mark. Not sure how to upload the vid here but 500 is my goal for year end
I'm tryna progress thru the 500s quick mayn for dat 600. :demonic: What I'm tryna do is train at at least 80% of 500 each session.

:stopitslime:school has completely fucced my entire routine up. i never thought id misses more than 3 days from the gym, but now im missing weeks at a time and i dont know when it will end:wow:

I remember those days. No matter how much school work I had, I still committed an hour to the gym. I used it as a way to decompress and to clear my mind. You live on campus breh?

fri- lift some heavy shyt
sat- lift some heavy shyt
