I'm tryna progress thru the 500s quick mayn for dat 600. What I'm tryna do is train at at least 80% of 500 each session.465 pound dead lift, done yesterday at 6 in the morning off no real sleep the night before, i'm only weighing in at 195 hoping to break that 200 pound mark. Not sure how to upload the vid here but 500 is my goal for year end
