What kind of injury do you have?At the doctors office. Fixin to get this injury under control

If u have isolateral lat machines at your gym use those. Do bent over DB rows too.Brehs - I've been training properly for about 11 months. Fantastic gains. I trained previously for a couple years made some good gains but my form was pretty bad and my workouts had huge holes. Then I got injured for a year.
Now i'm back 11 months in. But there's one problem: My right bicep is way bigger than my left. Noticeably. I kinda look like Quagmire in that episode where he discovers online pornography. There's a pronounced vein in that bicep and it just looks bigger and rounder. I attribute my good bicep gains largely to pull-ups and there's no way to really balance that out. I've started doing single-arm curls but i've honestly never felt curls do wonders for biceps compared to rows/pull-ups. I guess I could do single arm rows too but I just don't feel it as much doing single arm exercises largely.
Probably because you are able to put all the load on your strong arm. I used to have the same problem... my arms are a lot more even now since I switched to isolateral movements.Really don't like one-handed DB rows. Get a much better feel from Pendlays and 2 arm bar rows.
I'll give it a go. Since i've re-started training I haven't been on that ego tip. I consider rows a compound and with compounds rest time is just as important as reps. Using one hand makes timings all off.Probably because you are able to put all the load on your strong arm. I used to have the same problem... my arms are a lot more even now since I switched to isolateral movements.
