I would do more than two if you are really going at it. It's designed the be more efficient so don't let the shorter time fool you. You have to get dat dere rest as well.day 2 of HIIT.. had me sweatin like mutumbo in double OT .. how many days yall recommend a 20 min HARD HIIT session ?
