when would you guys do dips in ur workout? just started doing them tonight and i went bench/flys/dips and could only get 5 :noah:

ive seen people say they do them first and then go on with the rest of their chest workout. opinions?
I'll usually just work them in throughout my workout.

Depends.
I used to put them in after chest exercises. Then, I put them before chest exercises.
Now, I just do them for my tricep workout. No chest exercises that day.

Did legs yesterday. Haven't done them in weeks.
My left knee is bothering me. I did squats.
I've been wearing a knee band (goes under the knee cap and around the leg). It feel like the whole knee is going :old:

tomorrow is the last workout before i do warrior dash on saturday...let my body rest up for 3 days...i feel optimal since ive been doing nothing but bodyweight exercises and calisthenics for 7 weeks...got my clothes and sneakers ready for that..just got to make sure i got contacts left and i have buy me some goggles for it..just in case

I would do more than two if you are really going at it. It's designed the be more efficient so don't let the shorter time fool you. You have to get dat dere rest as well.
