Godzilla got busy.
Been back on a standard 20% deficit cut for a couple weeks, similar to my first cut. The difference from other "specialized" diets I've done (EOD refeeds, UD2, category 2 RFL) is definitely noticeable. Mental fog/lethargy was more of an issue with those approaches versus hunger being more of an issue with an everyday deficit. Probably due to calories never dipping under BMR, fats never under 60g, and carbs never under 100g. Either way, I can deal with hunger a lot easier than lethargy. Strength/definition is increasing and I'm still losing weight I'm just one person though and everyone's different. Really, I'm just happy as hell to return to seamless dieting.
