Had to help out a friend today who was working on a garden. I shoveled about 3 tonnes of stones/sand and then had to carry paving flags around the back of the house. I am tired and sore as fukk

I got to look for a new gym and got a week and a half to do it..this new job of mine warrants this..i dont want to but there's no way im going to drive over an hour to go to it 4 days a week:sadcam:..gyms that have above average boxing amenities as well as the usual weights and cardio machines are so hard to find:snoop:

Not sure what is going on but I haven't been this sore since I started lifting last September. Hopefully its just the adjustment to longer sessions and higher weights since I have been trying to push myself the last 3 weeks or so.

For only body weight exercises?

naw im talkin about diet plans to gain weight the healthy way

im tryna gain weight but also add muscle, its alot of shyt on google but i wouldnt know which one to use

i biked 10 miles yesterday, ran 2 miles up and down the stairs at Joe Louis,4 sets of stair suicides and did 150 pushups and 30 pulls ups

The plan is to eat a gram of protein body weight per pound, start there

More than likely that level of cardio and only doing body weight exercises isn't going to build lean muscle. You can get lean as fukk that way however.

ok i weight about 175 so you sayin about 150-200 grams of protein a day?

Going to attempt to go with no shakes next week. I usually use hemp in the afternoon during the week but I'm going to switch it out for a small lean protein and small amount of veggies.

Grocery bill might hurt this week :noah:
