anyone have issues with staying on diet due to medication that makes you hungry as fukk?

I gained 10 lbs while I was taking prednisone for asthma and I think it's still in my system because my appetite is more heightened than usual.

week 2 into UD2, eating at 1200 calories is much easier than the week before once you get used to it. depletion workouts still suck tho. :ohhh:

carb load commences. *sandwiches, frosted flakes and coco pops on deck* :eat:

Did so much damage to my diet this week lost about three weeks of gains, going to map out a intense 30 day recovery to get back to where I was. Need to start taking this shyt seriously again. It was fun and I felt great when I was and then I just started slipping and have not stopped. Moving in to the new apartment tomorrow so that is going to be my turning point to start over. Being able to have the whole kitchen and fridge to store meals and prep them for the week is going to be amazing
