how do you manage that son

full workouts or just do one full workout then hit a lil exercise the next two days

full workout breh..i used to get lazy on leg days, but ever since i made them a priority i been seeing gains :ahh:

10min run on the track

45ib dumbell doing lunges

5*7 of squats

lHamstring Curl 3 sets

calf raises

why didn't any of y'all put me on to lifting with chalk?

tried it last sunday for deadlifts, shyt just changed my life. did 405+ much easier when i'm not worried bout my grip.

No more stiff legged deads for me :to:. Did 2 sets at a measly 205# x 5 earlier today. My lower back is mad as hell right now. Regular deads from now on

No more stiff legged deads for me :to:. Did 2 sets at a measly 205# x 5 earlier today. My lower back is mad as hell right now. Regular deads from now on
Strange, my lower back has got a lot better since I stopped doing regular deads. I went from 405x6 on regular deads to 205x10 on stiff leg deads. Only place I feel it now is the hammies
