Im already eating Keto...I never hit close to my daily caloric intake and Im still dropping BF. You want me to be slim as hell
. Today in the gym I weighed 287 lbs. Im in a XL shirt tho and 34 jeans. I just dropped a jean size.
I carb up on October 1st. Imma run Keto til I get to a Large shirt and 32 jeans. Then Imma carb up every 2 weeks instead of 1.
Last time I did cardio and keto I almost died. Got to small and kept fainting. Was never hungry and went 3days without eating....talk about a bad time.
