@Son Goku Breh, how should I go about fixing an uneven bench press? Bar is leaning too much towards my more dominant side (right) and it's putting an odd strain on my right shoulder...Can't even do incline BP as effectively anymore, had to switch to DB press
I'm pulling my scapula back when I start but once I start getting towards the last couple reps in a set it seems like something just gives...idk if its a shoulder injury that I carried over or my left side just lagging behind.
Still gonna keep lifting, but I do need to nip it in the bud ASAP
