Benching has always been overrated


But squats, deadlifts and cleans are goated.
i fukked up my first rep of 405 sumo today but cleaned it up with one rep of the conventional stance for some reason. step down from my 405x3 last time but this shyt is addicting. i can feel my power and grounding getting way stronger already

@Son Goku Breh, how should I go about fixing an uneven bench press? Bar is leaning too much towards my more dominant side (right) and it's putting an odd strain on my right shoulder...Can't even do incline BP as effectively anymore, had to switch to DB press

I'm pulling my scapula back when I start but once I start getting towards the last couple reps in a set it seems like something just gives...idk if its a shoulder injury that I carried over or my left side just lagging behind.

Still gonna keep lifting, but I do need to nip it in the bud ASAP

:gucci:Im already eating Keto...I never hit close to my daily caloric intake and Im still dropping BF. You want me to be slim as hell :russ:. Today in the gym I weighed 287 lbs. Im in a XL shirt tho and 34 jeans. I just dropped a jean size.

I carb up on October 1st. Imma run Keto til I get to a Large shirt and 32 jeans. Then Imma carb up every 2 weeks instead of 1.

Last time I did cardio and keto I almost died. Got to small and kept fainting. Was never hungry and went 3days without eating....talk about a bad time.

So you plan on cutting roughly 50lbs at a fast pace while running keto….we the same height and that 267 gotta look sloppy as shyt in the XL shirt.





You gonna end up looking like a new born Shar pei or you gonna further hurt yourself badly off your body shutting down on you as you try to somehow add hundreds of lbs of strength in that same time frame

Naw....i actually can wear an xl shirt. Im not barwly fitting it lol. Im literally in it.

Nah, that was @Serious saying bench is overrated. I never said such a thing.

Soccer is my cardio, still gotta lift :manny:

I think it might be an injury in my right shoulder cause that thing is funny. Ima try to get a video next time..

Push-ups the GOAT tho
