My goal for 2025 is being active every day for at least 40 mins and a minimum of 4x a week in the gym (2 upper days, 2 lower days).
I went for a run yesterday and I should be in the gym today but we got a soccer game after work and we got the field for a full two hours
I don’t want to but I gotta skip this gym day.
At least I’m getting active which is the bigger point to be honest. Showing up for yourself every single day and building that identity as a fit person.
I pity folks that don’t like playing sports. Easily the most enjoyable form of exercise.

heard a lotta ppl say they just suffer through it, but ima be on that for breakfast for the foreseeable future. Used almond milk, a few dark chocolate chips, pinch of salt, honey for sweetener and got my creatine and protein powder all knocked out at once. Probably toss some fruit, or brown sugar/syrup in to mix it up
