It’s real simple at play here. There’s a reason why I look the way I do, and the reason why MANY people in the gym, who have been working out for ages, barely have any definition to show for it.
I bet they brag to everyone they know on their social media about how they go to gym, how lost 5lbs and swear they’re killing.
Meanwhile there’s only a handful of people that I know that actually lift and get results.

Benching has always been overratedabout to deadlift again today. my back hasn’t suffered from it. i think i found my new favorite thing now aside from calisthenics. maybe this is just a natural progression lol.
