What do you need 3 different braces for? I'm in my late 20s, I need to know what to expect.i swear it makes me on what i have to have on deck to maintain without serious injury

Impressive but he's juicing out of his mind, he's in better shape at 40 than he was at 26

Nearly snapped on someone today
The squat bar is close to the leg press machine. So I'm in mid set and this guy booty bumps me trying to load up weights on the leg press machine. I faltered a little bit but didn't fall or anything but that made me so mad man...this fakkit just couldn't wait until I'm done to load up the fukking weights?
