dropped another pound and got to 149.5..while bulking! lifts are still going up, looking more bulky, but losing the fat around it :to: gotta love it

Benched 300 for the first time today. I know that might not mean shyt to a lot of y'all, but for a skinny nikka like me coming off a back injury and a year + of drinking and fukking...

im struggling with the overhead press..think i may have started with too much weight cuz my form is starting to slack. guess its time to deload and work back up.

this "trainer" at the gym stopped me today (Doing leg press) like "I didn't think you were gonna get that last rep up"

went for another set, and after he was all
"Your knees came in a little on the last rep there"
:ohhh: shyt really bruh? It's cause I did two sets of my max from last week and I was on my very last rep. fukk off.

Why do trainers feel the need to provide unsolicited advice. Go away peasant, I am trying to do my thing.

magnetic back brace
ankle braces
heating pad
knee brace
weightlifting belt
wrist wrap gloves
visits to the chiros every 6 weeks

im only 30 :to:..it shouldn't be like this but i don't heal fast like i used to
