Killed my legs to smithereens tonight and high as a kite off these endorphins.
Too bad I'm back at the office still in my gym clothes trying to meet a deadline.

Nah, but for real, I love my job. I was too tightly wound up today, had to go de-stress at the gym before I put in some extra hours.

Found a new gym
tried out equinox, nysc. I mean luxury/ cleanness is cool and all.. but nothing beats this gym.
$20 a month. $89 for 6mos. Weights rusty and old. No clips anywhere. Paint is chipping. nobody racks their weights. Hood niqqas working out in timbs and jeans. music is staticy. Lockerrooms/showers are

it's the next day and my quads are sore, so I think it served its purpose
