Got up this morning, looked outside and saw nothing but wind gusts and blowing snow. :why:
Almost bailed on the gym because of it but I forced myself to go and I'm glad I did. I feel great after today's workout.

Man Bulgarian split squats are no fukkin joke

What do yall do for your back foot, do you rest on the top of your foot or the ball of it?

And whats the diff between these and lunges?

I rest my back leg using top of my foot, lunges allow me to stabilize more and is not as intense on my knee. I can lunge with heavier weight and have an easier time getting back up than Bulgs.
