He was personal trainer for a long time implements barbell complex routines,HIT Cardio, Boxing Cardio etc.

I'm in no position to question HIIT and complex routines but I think most of us know when people are doing things at the gym with a purpose and when they aren't.

I hope we can agree on that much.

I love how whenever one of the Youtube fitness dudes go off the gear...they use the "im cleaning up my diet/going vegetarian" excuse :mjlol:

Anyway, I've eaten about 10 solid meals over the past 6 days...I'm pretty sure my body has cannibalize all sorts of muscle :francis:

Considering adding Mondays to my training, I don't get to shoulders and abs as much as I'd like. Guess I'll just have to suck it up and wake up at like 4:45 :sadbron:

Is excess luggage at the gym necessary? Saw a guy earlier with a damn navy seal backpack. I don't know if he was carrying around rations and extra ar magazines but it seemed a bit too much for a trip to the gym. Looking like he was ready to go to war soon as Trump gave the signal.

full body routine still got me feeling :flabbynsick:Deadlifted for the first time in about a year, went as well as I expected. Grip strength is :trash: so unfortunately I know my numbers are going to be stalling on deads until my grip comes back. Was worried about squatting 3x a week but it seems like I've progressed pretty well (even though I'm only upping the weight in small increments).

Kinda missing doing sole upper body workouts doe:mjpls: That post squat :flabbynsick: feeling ain't no joke.
