Called the guillotine press. Not trying to do anything too crazy but might try this on the Smith machine if I get experimental next chest day. I have been trying to switch the shoulder routine up a bit. Dumbbell flies and presses get stale after a while.

Foot still ain't right and can't work out nearly as long as I used to so got to go hardcore on the diet to get right again.Nothing to get you feelinglike going out of town and missing workouts.
