But there's a lot of shyt I wish I had started doing long ago. I think April makes 8 years of consistent lifting for me, I don't look like someone who's been lifting for 8 years

Tip: The Best Bench Press for Chest Development | T Nation

Called the guillotine press. Not trying to do anything too crazy but might try this on the Smith machine if I get experimental next chest day. I have been trying to switch the shoulder routine up a bit. Dumbbell flies and presses get stale after a while.

No one really does that because it's dangerous as fukk, specially if you arnt using bytch weight, I wouldn't recommend that.

The angle your shoulders need to be in to do that also, is bad..you'll end up fukking your shoulder up, followed close by them tearing/pulling something/ followed by the weight falling..well.. on your neck area. Stay safe breh

like going out of town and missing workouts.
Who you telling. Just posted in the other thread that taking two cruises, ankle surgery that had me laid up for two months, and three other week long trips out of town done got me all :flabbynsick: too. Foot still ain't right and can't work out nearly as long as I used to so got to go hardcore on the diet to get right again.
