Anyone mess with those training parachutes? My boy asked me to look one up for him. I don't know why since he's not a runner and he smokes/vapes so it's not like he's in shape for that type of resistance running. :francis:


Thinking of just going for a bit today and doing abs and cardio. Hold of on chest and shoulders for tomorrow. Half of me wants to just chill. Let me eat breakfast and see.

These full body workouts got me feeling :flabbynsick:, plus I forgot how long hey take. But I cant lie my squat numbers numbers have been going up. Hopefully I can get my numbers up to something respectable before I go :deadmanny:

It's getting annoying watching people make up weird ass exercises.
Women are the worst offenders of this shyt. Especially on instagram.

I saw one doing a squat, curl, shoulder press then push up on the ground with dumbbells in her hands today.
I just wanna be like, bytch master one of them at a time.

This shyt just boggles the mind.
I never see any super-built person doing none of this bullshyt. No bodybuilders. Nobody. I always see them doing basic exercises with mad intensity and maybe a different angle or some shyt.

But every fukkin Becky and Maria out here fukkin doing triceps extensions on a medicine ball and shyt.
