Keep pushing breh. How much food are you eating per day

That might be the issue, I'm at around 2100 cals daily but I might have to up that.

Compounds?

Pretty much, just went back to a 3x5 stronglifts "style" full body routine. I've done it before but not in a long while (at least consistently).

I forgot how much heavy squatting drains your CNS and has my Arms feeling :trash: to do any kind of heavy pressing/pulling for the rest of the workout. Just gotta get used to it.

It's getting annoying watching people make up weird ass exercises.
Women are the worst offenders of this shyt. Especially on instagram.

I saw one doing a squat, curl, shoulder press then push up on the ground with dumbbells in her hands today.
I just wanna be like, bytch master one of them at a time.

This shyt just boggles the mind.
I never see any super-built person doing none of this bullshyt. No bodybuilders. Nobody. I always see them doing basic exercises with mad intensity and maybe a different angle or some shyt.

But every fukkin Becky and Maria out here fukkin doing triceps extensions on a medicine ball and shyt.

:why:

nikkas IRL be doing that....worst part is the sweat they be dripping everywhere. And yes I have never seen a person with a nice physique doing the circus clown 3 exercises for a set routine.

I just don't get it.
Bruh, at the gym I stay seeing dudes workout 3 different body parts in 10 minutes.

I get it if you're doing chest/tris. Or push/pull or whatever.

But what's the logic behind a dude doing bench press, lat pulldowns and barbell shrugs on the same day?

:mindblown:

I just feel like people try to make shyt more complicated than it has to be.

Y'all sound kind of silly

If the workout is working for them why does it bother y'all

A couple of years ago "confusing" the body by doing different excerises and super sets was all the rave when P90x was king

I'm sure someone could pick apart your routine as well

The workouts y'all are taking about literally is the best way to grow.

Also combing high intensity training cardio with weights lets you maintain muscle which helps with fat burning. Muscle weighs less than fat.
Also cardio obviously helps your heart and general health.
And you don't have to do a boring tradmill.

IT AINT THO!

Ain't none of them mufukkas built or ripped.

If it was some Ronnie Coleman mufukka nobody would say shyt.

But we talkin about mediocre bodies that haven't even perfected the basics.

I bet over time doing those workouts they will be built and ripped
Fine.

But I'm looking at it like this:

None of the most successful, strongest, fittest people do any of that shyt.

That in and of itself should speak volumes.
I'm not trying to say "this is the only thing that works". But I think we know when people are bullshytting/misguided.

Men and women lie...time will reveal....who looking the same in the gym 6 months later? :mjpls:
