No homo if your glutes aren't fried after leg day you're playing yourself

I don't even do direct glute work... just all that damn hinging.... shyt is :damn: :ahh: :whoa: :bryan:
All these swings lately got my glutes blown up like basketballs pause no homo. Did 200 this morning after jumping rope. #notitties2017

So I'm doing sit ups for like the 1st time since elementary school and I'm doing them on an incline erreythang going good then all of a sudden I feel my top left ab pop :damn:
If I had a barrel attached to it it'd put a hole in a nikka like a .44 magnum :damn:
I never felt anything like it. It was sitting up equal to my ribcage :merchant:

Ion fukk with sit ups. Properly executed pull-ups will have your abs screaming the next day.

I'm old and my back isn't having that. Heavy front Squats, Deads, goblet Squats and pull-ups have actually given decent ab muscle.

Don't ask me about the fat covering it

And fukk a sit-up...you know how many fat fukks be doing a ton of those with ease on the military PT test? shyt be straining my hip flexors moreso than the abs. :camby:

My lower back and glutes be HOT from dumbbell swings. :damn: it even hurts to sit between sets.

Got in a little bit of chest today. Technically Mondays are my off days as I want to work myself back in the work week but I had to lift, I was too irritated and had to blow off steam.

Had to take today as a rest day. Hopefully I'll get back tomorrow and have a chest day. Was tired from too much work since Thursday plus work tonight killed me as well. So it's good that I didn't hit up the gym before work. Hopefully this sickness leaves me overnight, which is half of the reason why I rested today. Been overdosing on cough drops and spoonfuls of honey to help soothe this sore throat and took a Claritin earlier for the allergy and sinuses. Hopefully I can stop it before the cough arrives. I should take some Tylenol or vitamin c later tonight also to see if that helps. It'll either cure me or kill me.
