Properly done weighted crunches will have your shyt on fire

Key thing is to get hip flexors out of the equation as much as possible. All the bending has to be between the ribs and hips. Ive been making low key decent ab gains just on the strenfh of weighted crunches over the last few months

I got called out on my squat today :damn:

I was kinda just going through the motions and going sorta parallel-ish when breh tells me "Try to go a little lower" :pachaha:

I mean he was right, I was dogging it and I went lower afterwards, but still... the embarrassment :dead:
