At work I sumo deadlift in beat to shyt Asics I've had for maybe 10 years? I'm gonna replace them this week, last thing I want is for them to bust open and land me an injury :snoop:

I'm reading that it's best to exercise before breakfast yet it's best to eat breakfast within an hour before waking up. :mindblown:


With the gym about twenty minutes each way, what do they expect me to do? Exercise in my sleep? :russ:


I would switch it up and exercise before eating but I feel like I'll have less fuel to work out with.

It's best to do what fits your lifestyle, goals and what you can be consistent with.

yeah science proves working out in the fasted state aids fat loss better than the nonfasted state but no by that much...anyways just had a cookie and biscuit from kfc

As a person with shoulder issues in the past and with wide shoulders...behind the neck press is one of the best. :wow:Get your form right and go relatively light to start off...my side and rear delts feel the pump along with my rhomboid/trap muscles...:whoo:

Think I'm going for that DL personal record this weekend...:mjgrin:

If you still wanna fend off shoulder issues you should try doing dead hangs from a pull-up bar. Just hang there. It's supposedly helped tons of people with shoulder and back issues

Its solid but the fruit punch flavor doesn't do it for me. Orange Mango Pre-Jym is my go to.
