:bryan:But at least you know what to expect.

It's literally a mirror image of last surgery. Same exact issues, same damage, same work, same recovery, same PT. Good news is after this I don't have to worry about my shoulders any more. Next up will be a knee or hip lol. Who knew 36 would feel this old?

Just an anatomical things. The way my acromium formed. Not very good for overhead movement and after years of doing it a bone spur forms that needs to be removed. They go in and shave it down so it's stops rubbing and grinding the tendons. Clean up the bursa sack. Suck now but after I'll be money.

Looks like I'm getting my left shoulder scoped next week :francis: I've been on such a good roll the last 2 months so it's a shame to hit a road block now. But, it's still January so I expect to back lifting by March. I also know how to rehab this procedure pretty well from last time so I have that going for me. Hehe, right guys????

*insert nervous ocmf gif here*
Well.... has the shoulder that got fixed been bugging you at all? If that's been good then this could be a positive. Just trying to see the upside :mjcry:

The right side (side I had done 2014) is perfect now so I'm hoping the same after I get the left done

damn breh, good luck with that

Shoulder workout went well, though I need to find a better way to hit these rear delts, not sure if its technique or not but not liking the strain i'm getting.

Bursitis is a bytch but it's better than having a tear in the RC. Good luck.

@The ADD did you ever try that Pre-Kaged?

It's still performing very well for me, but I think I have to drop it. I'm struggling badly with the texture, and because of that struggle I have also now begun to struggle with the taste. Its like Pavlov's Dog, I think my brain is now associating that taste with that texture and its making me nauseous. I had the same problem with the Orange Mango Pre-Jym.

Yeah. Big picture It's been solid so far but I need to drop some LBs to really get a similar experience to my Pre-Jym training.

How much water are you using? I've always been close to 20oz for Pre-Jym so I'm doing the same here. I'm usually pretty dehydrated after waking up and I train in the morning. It's definitely thicker than Pre-Jym.

I been using 16 oz and its still too chalky for me. I can't use any more water than that because then it takes too long to chug and the nauseous feeling gets worse

With Pre-Jym I only use 8-10 oz of water and I've never had a texture complaint
