InterestingI been using 16 oz and its still too chalky for me. I can't use any more water than that because then it takes too long to chug and the nauseous feeling gets worse
With Pre-Jym I only use 8-10 oz of water and I've never had a texture complaint
That why I like Pre-Jym and Pre-Kaged because of the extra hydration. Working out in the morning it helps but I can see it being an issue if you don't work out "fasted".
