I've been stuck on 250 squat for the longest time. I can rep it out 8x

Strength gainz not really my goal I jus want grow mass in my legs overall..

Is the strength plateau something I should be worried about? Or should I just eat more and increase volume in leg day training.

What are you doing to break the plateau?

1 leg day per week likely isn't enough for strength or physique gains.

Define "uncomfortable". If it hurts like injury is pending then that's one thing. Otherwise you gotta push through. There is isn't a way to lift heavier with doing exactly that.

Have to scale it back a little bit dealing with these nagging injuries :mjcry:

I can't just stop going to the gym, otherwise I'll really be pissed off all the time...so I'll just hit it a little more moderately and listen to my body

The gains don't stop tho :smugdraper:

Word of advice: DO NOT do heavy deadlifts when you're trying to get over a cold. :snoop: I had to keep stopping because I thought I was gonna pass out.

That was at 12:30 this afternoon and I'm still feeling woozy.

Ain't work out consistently in like 6months, still in good shape surprisingly. Decided to rid myself of LA fitness. While my tenure there was cool, the gym just gets way too crowded during peak times, when I went to workout or they close too early 10-11pm. Or I have to go to a further location, in the hood with crappy equipment. Just wasn't worth it to me....

Now I'm putting aside a little bit each check, to cop 24 hour fitness, $400 for 2 years from Costco, should be back in full circuit by mid February.

I'm the type of cat, that I'll be putting in work at 12am if i ain't getting some ass or need to be up early the next day.....

Can't wait....

@Dak_Brehscott the summer still ain't yours :camby:

So ive been doing some research more on the nutrition side of things and i found out the post work out crap is a myth. Your window to rejuvenate your muscles is 24-48 hours. This gonna save me a lot money on bullshyt post work out meals/drinks.
Come on dawg you're a medical professional, you should know this....

The internet really changed the fitness game

These young buls got the cheat codes. All these fitness apps.... when I started lifting I had a Blackberry, no data plan :mindblown: No YT fitness community, no Instagram.... just BB.com forums :francis:
