Breh they dont go into depth for muscle recovery after workouts in those classes. Ive known protein helps repair and build muscles but they dont teach u what ive learned through research. We take a very basic nutritonal class. Plus i took the class back in 2003. Do u know how much shyt has changed since then? The basics are the same but a lot has been discovered since then
