my diet is on point, i just need a new pre-workout for a boostI really like both outlifts but it's really just personal preference cause you can't really go wrong with anyone of those I listed. Just make sure the rest of your diet is on point too cause they aren't miracle workers or steroids, just something to help optimize your performance in the gym.

Even more so if you don't hold the hand grips but the edges that connect the two sidesWeighted carries with the low grip on that hex bar will definitely introduce you to yourself
