Tried out this different gym last night since my membership allows me access to all locations, plus I like to travel sometimes

But I slipped on some ice and fukked up my ankle :mjcry:, I think I'll be alright though I have to get it looked at

There's an old head maybe mid 50's at the gym I go for AM cardio. He competes in masters bodybuilding. The brother is always so positive, dancing around and singing throughout the gym, always has a good word for everyone. The energy is contagious off him. .. like he's the definition of " I don't go to the gym, I get to go to the gym" kinda cheerful.

Just love being around that kinda energy and enthusiasm especially on those mornings where you had to force yourself to get in the car and slug thru a January in Minneapolis morning

I'm all about posterior chain and back this year.
I'd recommend low-handle hex bar deads. It's very different than either squats or conventional deads. It's really its own exercise, and different things are sore than with squats and reg deads.

What do you mean low handle? Basically inverting the trap bar?

Does it make that big of difference?
With the low handle?

I really like both outlifts but it's really just personal preference cause you can't really go wrong with anyone of those I listed. Just make sure the rest of your diet is on point too cause they aren't miracle workers or steroids, just something to help optimize your performance in the gym.
my diet is on point, i just need a new pre-workout for a boost
