I feel ya, i usually go 16 hours max and try to follow a modified LG fast. Today I'm seeing BvsS at 3:30 pm so I beem fasting since 9:30 last night and killed back and legs this morning. I'm fukking starving and sore as shyt but I'm waiting so I can eat as much popcorn as I want and whatever I want for dinner and not feel bad.Should have broken my fast before the dam workout. 16 hours had already passed

Would working on shoulders/chest area while working on body fat loss benefit me? Or should I work on body fat loss first, then shoulders/chest? I'm only 5'10 205 lb. But I'm looking to shave off to at least 190 now since it seems more reasonable

Men are just as bad as women for it in my gym, it winds me up. There's about 5 women in the whole gym, granted, are pretty fine and dress to get attention but 90% of the guys wear tight tops, stringers, leggings etc the whole works.I remember those days. As much as we don't want to admit, women don't want to be noticed at the gym..they dress tight so when they DO get noticed, it at least looks good and they can keep their ego sewn together in that moment.
These days at the gym I got my hoodie up at all times,no tight stuff at the gym any more, def no beaters. treating the gym like the danger room in x-men.

you using mix grip?attempted 10x10 on romanian deadlifts yesterday with 305lbs. I was cooked by the 8th set only got 5 reps at that point. Still got in the necessary volume with a lower weight though. I was also 17hrs fasted
