completely stopped meat after a lifetime of being a savage......gains are still coming, higher carb intake now. first time in over a decade where I don't care about 1 gram of protein per 1 lb of body weight. I can still get a high amount of protein if I just doubled up on my sources of protein now , yet I stopped aiming for that high number.

I'm starting to believe protein intake is b.s.....believe me, been doing this for years, I would be able to tell instantly.

I love meat :manny: and that was the case long before I got into fitness

Would working on shoulders/chest area while working on body fat loss benefit me? Or should I work on body fat loss first, then shoulders/chest? I'm only 5'10 205 lb. But I'm looking to shave off to at least 190 now since it seems more reasonable

Looking to widen up my shoulders build a bigger enough chest
