Sauna after lifting is
Everyday for me it's a must if I can help it .Sauna after lifting is
Yes. I'm now beyond knee rehab and getting back to strength building. I used to squat 295 lbs. x 1 last year. Can you walk
I might have to implement these.
Work your legs, your core, and your stroke game all in one.
Huh what do u mean a spotter ?The difference in lifting when you have a spot compare to when you don't is astounding.
As in you got peace of mind to go all out and not worry about muscle fatigue and the weight being stuck, it's more so a mental thing for me anyway. If I don't have a person there to spot me I work out at about 60% of my capacity bc I don't want to get stuck or hurt. Of course there is spotting etiquette that's why I always ask the biggest nikka in the gym to spot bc they know to only help when you get stuck and even then more so in guiding the weight then in helping you lift it.Huh what do u mean a spotter ?
Cause if so I hate nikkas spotting me don't fukking touch me just make sure I can lift the weight . If not help me rep out or put it back down .
I hate when you not struggling and someone is all on your back
I'm lost so is this on big lifts or just your regular work outs ?As in you got peace of mind to go all out and not worry about muscle fatigue and the weight being stuck, it's more so a mental thing for me anyway. Just big lifts, so on chest, leg, and back day. I usually work out by myself, but I'm also that annoying nikka, that nikkas try to duck always asking for a spot when I get ready for the heavy reps.I'm lost so is this on big lifts or just your regular work outs ?
Big lifts I understand but if you can't work out alone period

If u need a spotter every time u lift u are lifting too much weight. Dial it back to where u can hit the reps u want without help.As in you got peace of mind to go all out and not worry about muscle fatigue and the weight being stuck, it's more so a mental thing for me anyway. We do what works for us brehette. Once I find a work out partner I won't be bothering nikkas no more, until then these nikkas better be taking bathroom breaks when I'm in the gym bout to go near max or max out
Son you gotta go slow and build up .
You shouldn't need a spotter that much .
You know confidence can make or break u in the gym .
Lack confidence and you won't get over thresholds .
Too much and you can hurt yourself .
Example yesterday I couldn't find 45lbs for dumb bell shoulder press .
I said fukk it I think I'm ready for the 50lbs .
Rep that shyt out like it was nothing . I knew I could do it didn't need a spotter at all .
Now for my dumb bell chest press when I moved to 65lbs I wasn't confident and I had to be careful and got help .
I only need a spotter maybe one time during the week on one exercise .
You gotta build up and handle the weight .
You are your biggest motivator breh no way you should only be doing 60% without a spotter .
Leave nikkas alone and get your shyt together
