Got a girls number a couple of days ago, asked her to go for drinks later this week, this is what she sent me:
"As for drinks, I have to wait until my staffing situation at work is better because its difficult to take time off when my store needs me to work. I apologize, i don't mean to come off the wrong way."
Just delete her number and move on?
Brehs, i have got like 7 numbers the last week and all of them have flaked/rejected me. I am a pretty decent looking dude too....i don't get it. I feel like shyt right now.

If she hits you up, then you already know she's interested, and all you gotta do is set something up.
Getting numbers mean nothing, since a girl could just hand it out to you because she wanted you to get off her back, or she simply loves the attention.
Also, don't tolerate flakes, flaking is a disrespect of your time. Unless she initiates contact, you have to dead that.
We need somebody to weed out all of the craziness though.

I had a girlfriend that used to do this. You address them immediately and let them know that you are not comfortable with them mentioning their attraction to other men.
If she cares about you and truly respects you, you won't have any more issues.
If she continues to do it, or call you insecure, then you should just charge her to the game because it is obvious she doesn't respect you.
Women try to make it an insecurity thing, when it is really a respect thing.
Allowing these type of behaviors to slide will only open the door for her to commit worse violations. Soon she'll start talking to you about how her co-worker is fine as hell but she'd never because she comes home to you.
And if a woman can, she shall. Remember that.

Here goes another one. Stop letting these women shame you. If she's doing disrespectful stuff, call her dumb butt on it and don't give an iota of concern if she thinks you insecure. Don't give an iota of concern if you invite her to a restaurant and it's not 'up to her standards' and she thinks you're cheap. Her ungrateful butt is still getting something for free and she really ain't bringing anything to the table for her to be getting high quality benefits.
This is why you have principles and standards, so you can know what to do in situations like this. So you can avoid being mentally manipulated by women. Think about it. You just met her... what in the world is she doing for you to feel ENTITLED to a free meal, much less one at an expensive restaurant? Is she thinking about the best ways to wash your clothes or cook you something at home? The thing is, these women be thinking they are sitting on a pot of gold between their legs and because they halfway have a pretty face. Only thing is, billions of other beings on the planet got the same thing between their legs and pretty doesn't last forever... so what's really justifying that entitlement? Not a doggone thang. One of the keys to learn is to stop giving ANY concern to a woman that doesn't like you. Otherwise you're going to get manipulated trying to shift around her emotions and it's going to be a huge waste of time and money.
