lol, i kinda feel what you,re saying but i don't think it's because they're dumb or don't have interesting perspectives. The thing about talking with most girls is that even when they're knowledgeable, debating with them takes the convo to a weird place cause their debating style can seem weird to us guys sometimes.

Context: I'm a single guy in my late 20's in the North East United States. I met a girl in September of 2011 and we eventually dated for a couple months from November to December of that year. We had sex a total of three times, once without a condom (although I did pull out).

We got into a fight about something stupid and inconsequential in late December and ended up deciding to not see each other anymore. I don't hear from her until early February when she sends me a Facebook message saying that she's pregnant and she's keeping it.

She claims she only bothered messaging me because I deserved to know but she doesn't want to have anything to do with me. I convince her to let me be a part of my child's life and we spend the next few days talking on the phone, hanging out, and trying to figure out how we are going to do this.

After a few days she gets more and more agitated and seems less up for this huge challenge. She calls me at 5 am on a Sunday and tells me she had a dream that she lost the baby and is thinking about ending the pregnancy. I ask her if we can get together later in the day and talk about this and she answers "I don't see the point; this has nothing to do with you."

I look at it like this though....


If a woman isnt pressed for a man, like going to clubs, or having to have a boyfriend every year type shyt....she would have alot of other things in her life that occupy her time in terms of things to keep her busy.... A girl with hobbies, a girl doing something to help society...so she dont got time to be worrying about having to go to a party just to get attention from a dude.

Lets make this clear....that doesn't make a woman boring if shes not partying...that dont make a woman wack in bed if shes not fukking 10 dudes a year....it makes her value herself and eventually the lucky dude that she finds that fits her lifestyle. The basis is respect....if a woman dont respect herself, she wont respect you....

and shyt like what happened to me this weekend wouldnt happen to you if you are committed to her...

I wasnt even in a relationship with shorty yet...we was just feeling each other out...but I still saw it as betrayal only because if you as a woman is ok rubbing your ass on someones dikk and disguise it as having "fun" then you would be ok fukking some dude behind my back while we "gettin to know each other"...

so I have to be held from sex so we can have a relationship, but some random fukkhead can fukk the shyt out of you for no damn reason?

I hear you its just so many dudes want this but they honestly don't deserve it like some of my friends. They say they want this at home but then these cats wanna be cheating asses and the like. You don't deserve that "good" girl you deserve what you end up with. If you didn't know I wasn't co signing her grinding on ole boy just was saying sometimes we as dudes sound just as unrealistic as them. I'm going to be honest my hobbies wont let me meet many of these "good" girls that are that busy they might not be at the usual places. I guess it can always happen at a library, supermarket, etc but as long as they are cool I don't care where its at. Thats really what I was trying to get across in my first post.

So we talk everyday for months, I try to do nice things for you, pay for majority of the dates, etc and we're "not exclusive"?

This is when you realize the bs of it all. And you realize this fact:
Alot of women really think that you(the man) paying for dates or doing things for them, giving them your time is EQUAL PAYMENT for them giving you some of their time and their presence.

It's crazy...but once you recognize it, ur better off

I agree with bold esp about both sexes mainly not talking about much but in reality what really is there that isn't basic depending on what your circle is? If you and your circle into sports, politics, boardgames, etc thats what your going to talk about and I don't think one thing is so much more shytty than the next thing. I think we can all agree at the end of the day its all about living and once thats taken care of you relax and different cats do it in different ways. Sometimes I have to catch myself cause I'll say people talking/doing dumb shyt but they just unwinding and as long as its not harmful/illegal whats the big deal cause its not what I'm into? I also like having that chick that hooks you up with the friends and wingwomans for you too. Just these do do birds that mess it up lol.

Yeah, that is pretty foul. That's why I'm learning it's better to never be 'caught', aka you getting the image of Mr. Dependable in her mind. Once a female thinks she 'has you', it's a wrap.

It really only pays to deal with women that really like you. Everything when dealing with a woman is centered around how much they like you. If a woman comes off of that 'lets do the dinner' nonsense, she only thinks 'you're cute' aka you'll suffice until what I really wants comes around. When a woman really digs you, she makes it real easy to get her attention and time. She almost throws herself at you in subtle ways.

Honestly man, it's so many dumb games out here, it's hard to deal with. That's why I stay invested in God, friends, family, principles and morals and flyness WAY more than I do any particular female, because I know if I stay up as a man, if one busts left, another one will come right along. It's real cool when you get to the point of mentally not caring too much if one woman gets with the program because you know you have others who want that opportunity.

The only thing that should allow a woman to 'catch you' is ultimately her treatment of you. If she can't give you the level of respect you deserve and doesn't act feminine enough, it's a no-go.

I had a girl tell me a few months back that she didnt message me b/c she figured I wouldnt respond.

Some chicks will indeed message you first, some wont at all but if you message them they will gladly engage in conversation with you.

It's a mixed bag because you gotta figure not every chick will see ur profile to begin with. So sometimes you just have to make urself visible.

But as with the overall theme in here, if you message a chick and she doesnt message you back. No biggie, move on. On some level, you have to believe that certain people come into ur life for reasons/fate whatever. So if one doesnt talk to you, who cares.
