Let me just add this to another reason I hate Canada.

France and Wemby were absolutely disgustingly awful for most of the group stage. Got blowed the fukk out by Germany. Were down 8 points to a horrible Brazil team. Needed the most blatant ref cheating I’ve seen since the kings vs Lakers series to beat Japan and kicked Rui Black Samurai out the game because he was torturing these bum mutherfukkers. They finished +2 in point differential in a group with Brazil and Japan

And here comes Canada to commit a billion dumbass fouls so France shoots 30 free throws and suddenly we have mutherfukkers who ain’t watched a lick of international basketball in in 4 years talking about they got Next and that they got superstar anchors like Rayan Rupert ready to take over and dust NBA all stars

"Generational" talent is relative so I'm not going to enter that argument. But I don't think that moniker dies with Bron, KD, and Steph. We just have to send our best players. We have never lost when we did so. 2004 didn't have Shaq, Kobe, Garnett, Kidd, McGrady, Stoudemire, Allen etc... Asking these guys to play every summer after an NBA season is a bit much and probably not necessary. Just send the best 12.

Yeah but nobody had him winning Olympic MVP. He's 39. I'm 47 and when 39 40 hits your body feels it. I don't even hate LeBron. I hate him because he beat up on the Bulls but I know he's great just like Steph and KD.

My point is someone else will step up. Just like every other year the US won a gold. The talent is never close. It's just a matter of how serious we are about dominating.
