Do they want the WNBA to be in the spotlight or not? Right now it's in the spotlight. This thread dwarfs any other WNBA thread on here by miles... The league has their chance to be big time. Do they want it or not?

Read Henry Orbit's post about what Adam Silver did to the league. When Steph came in, he was hitting 3s and scoring, but until rules got changed an dthey allowed GS to set 45 illegal screens per game, they never went past the 2nd round. After being eliminated in the first round by the clippers in 2014, everything instatnly changed overnight. Not because Curry and the Warriors got better in the summer, it's because of what the league allowed them to do for ratings.

I'm telling you it's not that simple. Go look at the roster difference in 2014 then into the next season. You got Jermaine O'Neal, and Steve Blake crossing 20 minutes per game. It's not the same roster at all for one, you guys can't just say shyt without fact checking, this shyt can easily be looked up. Mark Jackson was the coach in 2014, and they didn't even pick up Shaun Livingston until the next year. All of those elements factor in. It's not as simple as "Freedom of movement", completely different coaching philosophies and rosters.
