Simply pointing the gun at Meg is a assault with a firearm charge in California. The Jury believed Meg's testimony along with Kelsly's original interview.
Even if Kelsey shot Meg and Tory didn't actually "shoot her", him merely pointing at her direction is an assault with a firearm charge.

Again Meg and Kelsey both said he pointed the gun at her.
She wasn't on trial though, he was, and I think they got the verdict right. She should be charged too but I'm not gonna say it's unfair that he got convicted.

I don't believe there's reasonable doubt that he brandish and pointed a gun at Meg. I think enough evidence points to the fact he did. Whose round actually hit Meg, you can make an argument and compelling case for, but again, that doesn't absolve Tory.
3 people said he shot the gun. Meg, Kelsey and the eyewitness. Two said he shot Meg (Meg and Kelsey), and the third said he "shot everywhere".

But Kelsey is one of the people that shot the gun. If we both shot a gun and u point at me that doesnt make u more credible. The independent witness said the woman shot first. Meg don't even remember where she was. At first she said she didn't even see who shot her. Then lets not forget the whole "dance bytch" narrative. That NOONE else heard him say. Yea. Reasonable doubt like a muthafukka. It's a flimsy case fam.
