where they have the d-pad located on the steam deck is GENIUS…just jumped on the switch after using the deck and immediately noticed how the location of the d-pad on the switch forces you to cram your thumb at an awkward angle to use it

Final fantasy 15, 7 remake, a lot of indie and pixel games like vampire survivors and death trash, dead space 1&2 to get ready for the collisto protocol. I do most of my gaming on the deck these days

The main thing I love about the Deck is once you have like origin, epic games, game pass, ps5 remote play set up is the ease and the vast amount of games.

I have gta 5 for free on epic games so need to purchase it and every week epic drops like free games some garbage some not. Gamepass had football manager 2023 and a bunch of other games no need to buy. I have ps plus the highest tier so that vast library today I was playing stray, then gran turismo, then fifa 2023. I bought NBA 2k23 on steam through cdkeys and spiderman remastered I can download both as well and play on my pc if I so like. I have mass effect on origin.

Wherever a game is cheaper I can take advantage

I’m not gonna lie…when I held the switch in my hand after briefly using the deck, I felt like a kid who asked his parents for a PS5 and got an xbox series s…to be fair tho, I was never a fan of the switch in handheld mode (not including the switch lite…that actually felt good to use when coupled with satisfye hand grips)

I have the official dock but I haven’t used it in a dual monitor setup yet. I mainly got it over other options cuz valve seems dedicated to offering continuing support and updating the firmware

Yeah the updates are another big factor for me think km going to order later today
