I had an old black guy go off on a racist tirade on me because I didn't have what he had in stock, calling me ****** about 15 times in a two minute argument. I really wanted to stole on his peanut head but I refrained yet still telling him, "fukk you bytch" before walking off.

This is something similar that happened in my 2nd incident today...

got pissed at this dumbass lady for this reason:

So everything goes fine with finishing scanning her items....

I tell her the total and she gives me $20 and says to hold on I have the change....

Okay fine...glad she is not those types of dumbass customers who tell you they have change AFTER you have put in the money...

So she finishes checking her bag and gives me a quarter and a nickel...the exact change was about 6 more cents(hard to remember my head hurts from work today)

So I put it in and her change ends up being like 4 dollars and 96 sents....

as I am counting it out for her like I always count out the change for customers this dumb ass lady starts spazzing hard and her attitude makes a complete change...

starts talking about "what is wrong with you" and how "I don't want 96 cents in change" and says "I gave you a quarter, a nickel, and a dime,etc" and I have to say...

No miss you only gave me a quarter and a nickel....starts then saying some real stupid shyt about how "well you should know if I want change...blah blah blah to correct me" and all this shyt :wtf:

she is not taking the change so I just throw It on the belt

then I am getting real pissed after incidents that happened earlier in the day...I keep repeating "Miss you made a mistake...own up to it like an adult...stop acting like a child...your older than me and acting immature"...

When she is down towards the belt packing her stuff she said something again and I said something back( anyone in this line of work knows your bosses always say don't talk back but with certain people its difficult...they don't create a list of requirements for these customers to respect the actual cashier/workers)

She said a smart ass response about "sorry mam ...did you say something...I mean mister" and I say for her to go fukk yourself dirty bytch under my breath and she goes to the front end to talk to one of my supervisors

the supervisor tells me to close after my next customer and come speak to her...speak to her real quick about how if im having a bad day today because they don't really get complaints with me and how im not the type to ...etc

says its not a big deal but to talk to "andy"(the store manager)

talked to him about the numerous incidents today and he was cool about it and brought up the fact that the lady making a big deal about the change said "He is a rude son of a bytch"...

Yeah, its good to have a MGR that has your back. I have that now but I didn't have it at my last job. Old fukker was the worst Dept MGR I ever had. The one I have now is stern but at the same time, I can talk to her if I have any issues and she isn't going to jump into the conclusion that it was my fault when I get into an issue with a customer.

But as for the words under your breath, you gotta watch that shyt. But you will get the upper hand if you have a better rep and how you react when you're accused of it. I practically have a degree in communications (missing a math class but getting that this year) so I can deal with a lot of different personalities daily. Which is why I'm able to do well as a salesman :manny:

yeah I was lucky as hell nobody was on my line when I said it....it was crazy as shyt because I was on register 18 the register all the way at the end....and there is an office door behind there for the managers and with the door open one of them could have heard :dead:

so the main story that happened today that fukked me up...

these 2 Black ladies came on line....

the shorter one was giving a good attitude at first and gave me her phone # for the discount to go in....thank you miss,etc

then im ringing up her stuff she does not have that much....im done....

asks me if I could double check the price on some lemon cleanser spray cause she saw a sign saying it was 2 dollar something and on sale and im doing it....

tell her miss its coming up as "$3.89" the regular price and show it to her on the screen....

ask her if she wants it still and she is saying "yes I do..." ....

ask her where she saw the sign and say twice if could you show me the sign and she says if she could get room to go behind me since the carts with customers behind were blocking the way....her sister on line says I thought u were going with her....and we wait a sec for her to come back and she herself comes back to repeat the same thing how they thought I was coming with her...nice job holding up the line bytch :beli:

I tell her that I was asking about the actual card that she saw it on so I can see what it said ...I can see the head wringing and finger snapping is exuding from this broad from the way she acts...

her stupid smart ass self comes back with a sticker that says "2. something" with NO DESCRIPTION of the product or anything...at this point I know she is being a smart ass on purpose...

the phones on register 18 don't work so the days that whoever has to work there is very exhausting because you have to walk to the front end if you have to void off something that needs a number or things of that nature...




on this day at this time I was unlucky because one of the people up front was my bytch ass female manager named "Nydia" who is the type of boss who would not hesitate to blow up your spot with customers and be extra loud and have no class....

so after I ask the person one register over to me if he can call the front end...this bytch "Nydia" picks up :beli:

after someone else at the front end had taken the sticker to her that the lady came back with....

I see them talking up front and from her animation that as always Nydia is bytching and wearing her heart on her sleeve and looking unclassy....



calls back the register in front of me and the guy stretches the phone over to me and with the 2 ladies in front....this dumbass Nydia is speaking loud to me so even if they would not hear what is being said they could tell from the sound coming from the phone that she is upset at me(unless they missed it)


Nydia gives me instructions to do to put in the sale price I saw it for and started bytching about how to never let a customer go off and get a sign like that ....and how because of this we have to put in the sale price for them..cause she pulled the sticker down...

I tell her the amount and she gives me the exact amount....I forgot to mention this but at some point in all of this....when someone from the front came up...this drama queen customer started talking about how what I did and how "and he made me go all the way to aisle 21,etc" with a real smart ass tone to her voice...

I gave her the receipt and said the usual "you saved have a good day" but while I was saying this I remembered that statement by her stuck up ass...

started talking to her about how "miss the price tags are mixed up a lot in this store and I was simply asking you where you saw it and to show me because I did not know if that was the case again or not....u did not have to get an attitude with me and speak the way you did to me condescendingly ...etc"

just like I expected with the finger snapping and head wringing ...after I said all of this I turned to the taller lady with her and said "Miss do you have a pathmark card" and the shorter girl continues with her hands up being every 90s cliché about the "shenene" type of sistah...telling me "excuse me this is my sister" ....goes on about how she never gave me any attitude :mjpls: and the taller sister says the first thing since she said how she thought I would have went with her to check the price.....

the shorter one was now bytching about when I did that and how "you sent me to do your job"

you know after you realize you did something bad but you have to keep going to get it over with? I knew I should have went with her but I just kept dragging it out cause I know how customers especially women can be with "being right" and how it would butter them up....

saying shyt like "you sent me to do your job" ....pissed me off....implying im lazy...when these 2 losers don't understand the shyt I have to do everyday and put up with....the same idiots who won't fight as hard "for you to do your job" as they would do to help fight for your right to get a higher minimum wage...


the taller sister had like 2 things....cashed her out...wished her a good day

the both of them left without apologizing to the people behind for holding up the line

I see them walk towards the back of the line and im like what the fukk....these broads going back to find more stuff :beli:

Nydia comes to my register after the people have left and the line has slowed down....to do the daily till checking and using that time to remind me(in her more cordial voice) about not speaking back to customers and how "those two ladies you were speaking with are speaking to Andy now(the cool store manager I mentioned in the previous post)

I look all the way up at the front and I see andy talking to the two of them....

later on when Andy was speaking to me he told me about how the shorter one had said she wanted to "Pop me in my mouth" and said to me joking(but probably to motivate me strength wise) and you not a big dude Black Reign...that little lady looked like she could throw hands"










sorry for the long post but this is what we were talking about in previous posts about the whole "ego" issue....especially as Men...this is why I hesitate with being overly nice with female customers especially....

You peeped what was wrong with this right?

























Me with my phone not working....asked the person on the other register to call in for the front end for me......put in the discount for the product...and these unappreciative bytches actually TRIED to get me fired when I put in their measly savings for them....

Work tech support/repair at a pretty large corporation and have too many stories to share lol

Old or seasoned customers are just sad sometimes but sometimes can surprise me because some are technically efficient enough.

Working grocery retail is one of the worse retail jobs out there. I used to be a cashier for Acme markets when I was in college and witnessed so much fukkery in my time there.

It's amazing what shyt people try to pull when it comes to Food stamps, WIC checks, and coupons that double.

In particular I remember this one white woman in her 30's who made a scene in front of everyone in the check out line because she wasn't allowed to get fried chicken and crab legs on her foodstamp card. She proceeded to curse me out and call me a nigg-ER simply because I wouldn't do what she said. People around her were giving her the :lupe::birdman::mjpls: face as she ranted and raved for 10 minutes. Meanwhile I'm just simply scanning and bagging her items like :smugfavre:

Throughout the whole situation I hit her with the :jawalrus: and :youngsabo:as I repeatedly told her that she wasn't allowed to get the food on foodstamps. My manager came to my register and told her the same thing I said. Instead of me finishing her order, my manager stayed at my register and rang up the rest of the order while I bagged her food and was like :jawalrus::youngsabo:

After we were done and she had calmed down, she apologized to me after other customers were giving her shyt. I stared at her and was like :youngsabo:" Thank you for your apology and understanding." and I never saw her again after that.


I feel sorry for anyone who has to work in retail and customer service jobs. Consumerism brings out the worst in people.

I missed that nice cushy college assistant job I had last may for 3 weeks(but lost the job ...long story) making $11 an hour and could work up to 40 hours a week and it was lax...just like with most jobs it was women who had the worst attitude but unlike customer service it was in a small room where many times you were just by yourself and basically just an office secretary...shyt I could have looked at porn if I wanted to while in the room alone











































WHY!!! I want that job back :sadbron:

The coupons are supposed to double automatically when you scan them. Some require an override manually because the system doesn't recognize it or the item combination/amount is off. Double coupons might have a $.50 on it and a double message at the bottom of it. There are also double coupons that expressly say "DO NOT DOUBLE". Usually the customers I had a problem with were people who were trying to be double couponers and people trying to get the stuff for nothing so they can sell it at wholesale price somewhere else.

For example I used to ring up a lady who would come in with over 500 coupons and get a bunch of razors, cereal etc, fill her cart up, and leave with paying next to nothing. She would buy like 50 packs of razors and get shaving cream free and use the coupons to get them half off and free and end up paying $5 for items that might have cost up to $300.

Or when they go in the dressing room with 12 pairs of the same fawcking pair of pants & leave out with 2 of them. You lucky if they come out the dressing room with them, most of them Heifas leave them in the dressing room balled up in a knot.

I prefer working in the men's dept. there isn't any dressing room issues& I only have to smile & be polite. When I'm asked a question I answer by telling the male customer something I would like to seen my boyfriend in. The men's dept. is the fawcking best; unless their wives or girlfriends are with them... Then I can't flirt with him... Lol

I remember this white lady told her to fix her attitude and she said "I love my attuitude, what's wrong you don't like it :troll:" :dead: here's a pic she drew a couple days before Xmas

Man I worked in retail I got a ton of them

But I experienced one as a customer today
I had a code for something that I forgot but I knew it can be keyed into the register

So I go in to buy a tablet
Cashier tells me to print it out even though I know for sure that it can be put in manually(taking all but 2 seconds)
Mind you hes trying to add a antivirus I dont even want/need
So he brings someone else over. And they try to tell me the it might be a fake code.
At that point I'm :snoop:
One of the ass hats points me to a customer kiosk which I know for sure doesnt print
So I ask around and of of course no one knows where but I'm still not mad.
So I go back to the ass hat and politely can you atleast tell me where I cant print it out.
Points me to a manager.

After another 5 mins of non sense. The girl at customer service was like okay just go back and use it
It can be type in manually.

Smh, I hate rude ass workers, I'm a cool ass niggga and go out of my way to make people that work retail feel respected/comfortable. A few weeks ago in Best Buy I was about to punch this whiteboy in his stomach for acting like a lil homo....

Me: Walks in Best buy and sees shyt everywhere...I spot some pimple faced nerd looking worker strolling thru the aisle near me (doing nothing) and I say "Excuse me man, where can I find that Beyonce cd?"

Bestbuy worker: :upsetfavre:In the cd aisle (says it in a smart way)

Me: :dwillhuh:Where is the cd aisle??


Bestbuy worker: :upsetfavre:right over there (without pointing or anything)


Me: "Where exactly is over there"

Best Buy Employee: literally right over there and points to the cd section halfway across the fukking store.

Me: Ice grills him and mumbles "fukking fagggot" loud enough for him to hear on my way to the "cd aisle"

How hard is it to just help somebody that is asking a routine question? People need to start showing more respect in general tho, u might be starting some shyt with a niggga that had a rough day and is looking for that extra push to snap and fukk somebody up. I seriously thought about putting my hands on that kid and I ain't even a troublemaker, I just hate blatant disrespect.
